Structure：

1. Valve System: manufacture under international approved standard,most of the spare parts directly imported.

2. Vibration System: consists of table vibration and compression. The different type of vibration can be adjusted according to different products. Vibration is powered by hydraulic motor and controlled through PLC computer system.

3. Control System: imported PLC control system, WYSWYG man-machine interface.Touch screen LCD display.

1. The whole production process starting from batching to the fresh product can be designed and controlled through PLC computer for different level of automation.

2. Equipment for storage material and discharge material, use computer to feed material, ensuring even material feeding; so the final product is of high and even density.

3. Feeder part use initiative force arch-broke high speed centrifugal to feed material, on the conditon of feeder bar, it can feed material evenly, and also use to produce the thin-wall product..

4. Face feeder part and assembled face feeder machine, can be assembled depend on the product requirement.
